- Health issues - by not slowing down our bodies will finally make us listen by blocking energy forces and requiring us to take a break. This could show up in any sort of health issues.
- Breaking down - this could also show up in minor health tweaks, but again it is a message that the right path is not being followed and we have to do something different.
- Allowing our bodies to be happy - focus on activities in the body that bring joy - whether resting, doing physical activities, physical affection, and/or doing more physical activities that awaken the body to what it is feeling like yoga or meditation. All of these will allow us to listen in to the body much more.
While there can be a lot of self-awareness often times we still have things we might not know about ourselves. Learning about ourselves can be a lifetime journey but we can expedite it through slowing down and actually listening to our own bodies. The wisdom in our bodies is so clear if we put down the work, busyness, and/or fast pace to just listen. Power is not all ruthless or mistrusting, but it can be mishandled if we don't put it alongside trust, faith, and deep care for others. Our bodies can help us to understand when the time is right to block more power through forcing us to slow down but we can do this on our own through paying attention to the signals.
