Uncomfortableness is a sign of growth, of change, of worry getting in the way rather than feeling the fear and doing it anyways. For real leaders feel uncomfortable all of the time, but wisely stay on course. They take the actions which are feeling uncomfortable rather than lingering in the fear, which unwisely creates resistance and hesitation and keeps people stuck.
In order to move through the fear you must feel the uncomfortableness in your body, recognize the pattern that is is not lack of capability but just fear, feel lit (e.g. - let your body know the difference between it and lack of capability) and then do the work to move through it. This can be done by asking for help, not forcing yourself to shut down or avoid taking action, but mainly to just move through the fear and do it anyways...
What fear do you have to move through?
