Shift your attention to those areas as you develop a strategy or plan to deal with the challenging areas. If you can shift your attention your mind can relax and come up with better solutions.
-Be grateful - focus on gratitude and you will see more of what you are grateful for emerge.
-Lean into the people who are supportive of you - the more that you reframe the challenge and ask for support then you can truly open up a heart and mind space aligned to growth.
