COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY AND PLAN FOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT EFFORTS
Develop comprehensive strategy and plan to communicate change management messages to corporate and regional staff; detailing new product offerings, system implementations and/or organizational restructuring.
MTI, as a subcontractor, conducted stakeholder analysis interviews; generated support from multiple levels of leadership; developed sustainable communication strategies and plans directed to corporate and local levels.
MTI created practical communications strategies and plans and worked with internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for the efforts while working with internal staff to begin to implement the plans.

Equip newly emerging leaders with core leadership and management competencies.
MTI, as a subcontractor, conducted an instructor-led change management course featuring practical and lecture-based instruction. Topics included: planning the change, coaching, communications and post-change evaluation.
MTI instructed 15 emerging leaders, teaching them to manage change effectively.
Support the growth of managers and senior managers in the leadership capacities.
MTI, as a prime, conducted 360 assessments and individual leadership coaching sessions designed to: increase leadership skills, communications abilities, strategic thinking, and performance improvement.
