Testimonials“Big giant thank you to Brittney and Monica for bringing SIY to Nike. The experience was so deep and profound – it’s hard to believe that it only took two days to feel results in my everyday life. I’m excited to continue my personal practice during the 28-day challenge and I want to share the experience with my teammates”. – Laura Tu, Nike
“I really want to express my gratitude to Brittney and Monica for taking a stand for Mindfulness at Nike! I trust that this is only the beginning of what is to come as we build a new way of being and working within Nike!” – Teresa Lewis, Nike
Monica's excitement around the SIY program was infectious. Seeing how passionate she was inspired me early on. She is also great at connecting stories with the content and encouraging participants to embrace the discomfort they might feel when the practices ask them to step outside their comfort zone. Great presence in the room. - Participant Partnership for Public Service
You can tell how much Monica adheres to the teachings of this SIY class, weaves it into her life and how happy she is. and she accomplishes getting this across without proselytizing. She speaks clearly, and her voice is perfect for the mood of the meditation exercises. It was clear how valuable mindfulness can be to our lives. - Participant in Open Enrollment Class
Monica was very good at engaging the class through her eye contact/overall presence. I think that she does a good job of pausing at the right times to bring out participation/allow people to digest the materials. She has a very open and friendly, yet knowledgeable and serious, demeanor. She comes across as credible. - Participant at KPMG |
