Living our values is an important part of distinguishing who you are, what is important to you, and your authentic leadership style. While values are not always discussed in an organization, it is truly the single most important thing that we can do along with determining our own vision and mission, both personally and professionally. It is important because it engenders in us a sense of purpose, a path forward and a decision-making mechanism as work and life situations arise.
