Winding down for the year

As the year ends and you now enter the phase of family time and holiday love and celebrations remember to pause for a moment and just be grateful. I am so grateful to you, my readers and clients, for your wonderful energy, devotion, and willingness to develop and grow. I am SO grateful for my family and friends, without whom I could not do what I do, but mainly I am SO grateful for God for I keep learning what love is, what duty is, and mainly what cherishment of those I love means. Here is wishing you a wonderful holiday with your loved ones and hoping that you keep a grateful heart through the season!

Best,
Monica

Opening up to Mastery

When you work through the struggle and win there is a strong confidence that joins you, that allows you to develop into the wise version of yourself. When all of you insists on no longer taking a back seat, no longer being a smaller version of yourself, and no longer living so windingly then the world opens up. New opportunities (career and life) open up. Deeper emotions rise, different visions of the future are available to you, but mainly a caressing of your heart and soul occurs for the wisdom finally arouses that you are alright and not needing to be different in order to make things work.

Being who you are is exactly what is needed to create the dreams you have always had in your heart. By letting yourself melt into who you are and no longer doubt the truth you can wisely let the soul of you develop into the best version of yourself. Allowing who you are to be nothing other than that will determine your path forward for the more you get in your own way the more you falter.

Making you stronger is available only when you determine that the right course is always the one that you hear within and allow yourself to take the steps to get there. Wisely listen to the bold voice within and allow yourself to thrive!

Winning

When you pass through some struggles you wonder whether you can thrive again, prosper, wake up and make the contribution that you are meant to make in the world. But when you move through it accepting with all of your being that the struggle was meant to happen you realize that you are just passing through the right tunnel to get you to the next right open door. As a result of the pain, the shock, you dig deeper, you work harder to get to where you really want to go and you realize that the right doors have always been open if you had just been paying attention to the little small voice within guiding you the whole time.

Sometimes we get complacent and turn away from the know that we need to change, be flexible, and/or look in a different direction, but it is not until we get woken up (slapped on the head) that we finally take the actions to move us in the direction that we are meant to go. Listen to the still small voice within. It is always guiding you the right next step if you just listen to it. It is always wanting to take you to the biggest version of yourself and that is by taking actions on the small voice within rather than avoiding taking some hard steps that you are not ready or wanting to take yet because they mean change.

Change can be hard, but is the wisest thing for you. It is a true test of your willingness to grow without resistance and letting the right actions take place. Don't wait too long or you will have to make the change anyways...

Wisdom

While things are working we we don't often dig deeper to go for the gold. When we are in a leadership position and we are doing good work, making progress, developing wise relationships not only but using them to do good in the world, we don't often stop and reassess what the right next step is and thereby don't focus on deep inner workings which are limiting our potential to get us to the highest possible purpose we have for ourselves.

When we have to stop because a stumble occurred then we realize we have been getting inklings for some time that we are doing is no longer going to take us stably or comfortably to the next level. We realize then that we need to take deliberate action, be open to the changes that are needed to happen in order for us to thrive and prosper, and no longer stay in our comfort zones of what is already bringing us blessings and fulfillment but is not the ultimate purpose of our lives. Through setbacks our wisdom deepens, our hearts grow, our dedication to building up resolve deepens, but mostly we know who we can depend on and what is truly our path. For the path emerges, the right people come along, but mainly we decide to change and no longer hold onto things which went away or which were no longer working healthily anymore.

Let yourself grow through the struggle, listen to the wisdom, and change. The new is exactly where you need to be.
