As I coach more and more senior executives and GS-15s in the federal government I am seeing a trend of them a managing huge teams, having a lot of work on their plate, and therefore spending long hours at the office to ensure the best possible work outcomes. With these long hours and strenuous demands, however, these executives are stressed out and wanting to figure out a way to being some more balance into their work and lives.
