In order to have strong relationships strong communications and conflict resolution skills are necessary. While initial attraction or chemistry/fit might bring people or organizations together, strong voicing of what is on your mind, open mindedness for differing conflict styles, opening up to being adaptable to the other's viewpoint/way of operating being to lay the foundation in any relationship. And when issues occur bonds deepen through communicating and dealing with conflict effectively. Avoiding it, running away, and/or brokering deeper bonds through just trying to shoulder all of the burden does not work.
In order to grow together people must voice what is on their mind, communicate when things are wrong, and then come back and repair the bond when mistakes/failure has occurred. In the end deepening bonds only come when there is safety/trust, when there is the growth orientation to want to work together, but mainly now the root of the issue is the willingness to work together to enhance the bond rather than not give effective feedback, not focus on working together to work through issues, but mainly it is the care between the two to want to deepen the bond... If the initial attraction leads to the fire to want to deepen even through issues that is when true bonds occur professionally or personally.
