Knowledge vs. Wisdom
Knowing something intellectually is very different from understanding it in the body and emotions. While we may know that relationships matter, that trust grows with time, that adjusting to the decisions of others even if we don't think it is fair, actually being those actions in the world is much harder to do. Understanding the ways of trust, empathy, and heart based decision making is different when they are known in the wise parts of us to be good for us emotionally rather than a warning of being not right. When we are quiet enough to drop down into our hearts, into wisely opening up our wisdom within then we realize that heart based leaders and organizations will only work in the end. Otherwise we lose connections, relationships, and/or power is the only thing people are attracted to about us.
In order to truly allow the knowledge to deepen we must strengthen our power of joy, of trust, but mainly of dedication to softening and allowing our hearts to be of service not just in knowledge, but in faith that by doing that more people will enjoy coming along with you than just those attracted to the power. The ego finally gets in the way no more and the wisdom can flow through you. Allow that wisdom to grow and understand that care for others, empathy, support, and now trust will develop through modeling that and being it rather than just knowing it in your head.
