As I am going through a change in my own life (selling my home and moving) it reminds me of the 4 Cs of change that I use with my clients when they are going through a change:
What change are you going through? What step in the process are you in and what can you do to keep moving through the change process?

Managing change can never be straightforward. Recognizing the challenges will help you to manage change effectively. It is highly imperative to comprehend the potential complications in order to support change management punches. Credibility, coordination, consistency, commitment- are the 4 C’s of change. Besides these 4 C’s, there are the other C’s including- community, conviction, compassion, choice, communication etc. An administrator has to take each and every C into consideration in order to make a healthy organizational amendment.
